Delivery terms (summary)
Authority to Leave: I authorise the carrier to leave my order at the delivery address without a signature, in a spot the driver chooses. The driver may not call before delivery. Once it has been left, OTC Tiles & Bathroom isn't responsible for loss, theft or damage.
Business address: Someone will be at this business address to receive the delivery during business hours. If nobody is there, redelivery or depot collection costs are mine to pay.
Pallets: kerbside only, to the driveway. Not hand-unloaded, no pallets to units.
Mock-up only. Big Post prices here are samples from real quotes on 4–6 Nov; the real checkout asks Big Post live. Rules from the agreed delivery spec.
